  • Peel and grate a cucumber. Squeeze the juice and mix a teaspoon of glycerin and rose water and apply on sunburns to reduce tan in your full body.
  • Take a mixture of coconut oil and scented oils like lavender/rosemary and massage it on your full body to make it smooth and shiny.
  • Prepare a mixture of petroleum jelly, teaspoon of glycerin and lemon juice to apply it at least twice a week. It is best for flaky and dry hands, feet and legs.
  • For cracked feet, melt paraffin wax, mix it with little mustard oil and apply on the affected area thereby leaving it overnight. After a fortnight your heels will become smooth and plain.
  • To smoothen rough palms you can use a mixture of glycerin and limejuice in equal proportion.
  • Remove scars on your hands and feet by rubbing them with juicy lemon peels.
  • For getting luscious lips you can make a mixture of tablespoon of cranberry sauce juice with two tablespoons of Vaseline for getting the best lip balm.
  • Massage a mixture of coconut oils around the eyes to get rid off unwanted dark eyes.

Every morning if you can practice some regular exercises then you will be assured of complete fitness and healthy body.
