Hands And Feet
Care Treatment
Let Them Look Smooth And Soft
Taking care of your hands
and feet are as important as caring for your skin. If your skin
glows but your hands and feet are unkempt and dirty then you will be
not be a beauty. Caring for the hands and feet takes just 5 minutes
so you can easily take some time out of your busy schedule. You can
do manicure to your hands and pedicure to your feet to make them
glow and look beautiful.
Manicure and pedicure steps
If you want to do manicure you should take a bowl of warm soapy
water and accessories like nail filer, cotton wool, towel, and
coconut oil for moisturizing, nail polish remover and nail polish.
Right amount of care for your hands will not lead to pre-mature
aging and wrinkling of your skin.
Following are the steps to care for your hands:
-
Protect your hands by wearing gloves while gardening, washing
dishes, roaming out or dealing with chemicals.
-
Soak your hands and feet in soapy water, press back the cuticles
gently with your towels and moisturize them to look delicate. To
remove the soap deposits wipe the nails of both hands and feet
again and remove the polish with nail polish remover.
-
Apply a base coat of polish that will act like strengtheners for
your nails.
-
After the polish dries apply a coating of proper nail polish to
make your nails look good.
-
Finally apply coconut/almond oil/olive oil in your hands up to
your wrist to make them look smooth and soft.
-
Apply super-moisturizing cream/lotions to your feet and calves to
make them look beautiful.
Special recipe for manicure and pedicure
Manicuring your hands and doing pedicure to your feet once a week
will keep them shining and smooth. Instead of using expensive
products like creams and moisturizers you can use natural products
like a bit of milk cream, milk or plain salt to bleach your hands.
However, following are the common hand care recipes for your home:
-
Rose petals hand cream – a mixture of glycerin and rosewater,
these are used to massage your hands regularly.
-
Cuticle softener recipe – a mixture of 1 teaspoon of warmed olive
oil, jojoba or eucalyptus oil will soften your cuticles and bring
out the dirt stored in them.
-
Sugar hand exfoliate – tablespoons of oil [baby, safflower, olive
or vegetable] with sugar paste will soften your hands and rinsed
with warm water will make them look beautiful.
Care for your hands and feet every step to make them look beautiful
and smooth.
