How To Increase Hair Length

Get Long And Luxurious Hair

  • Take protein-rich foods like fish, eggs, beans and yogurt to increase hair lengths.
  • Brush your hair properly to avoid sudden ripping and tearing out of knotted hairs.

However other methods to increase hair length includes eating the right kind of diet, exercising regularly, getting a lot of rest and reducing stress to maximize the hair growth potential. A list of vitamins necessary for increasing hair length includes vitamin B-complex, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin C with bioflavonoids, Vitamin-E, Beta-Carotene, Silica, nettle, and flaxseed oil.

To increase hair length within very short time, you should shampoo your hair regularly and moisturize it with conditioners. Also cover your hair with a satin scarf to avoid split ends.
