Reducing Acne

Important For Teenagers And Adults

Acne is a widespread skin disease that usually affects the teenagers and adults who are on the threshold of youth. However this disease is not akin to a particular age group and can occur to anyone.   • Consider adding zinc supplements to your diet and avoid caffeine, salty foods and junk food to prevent acne.

Drinking gallons of water is an important and easy treatment for not only reducing acne but also for having shining skin and general health well being. If you are suffering from severe acne you should consult a doctor immediately. However, as a home remedy you can start having raw garlic for it is a powerful blood cleanser that cleanses your system perfectly thereby reducing acne symptoms.

Following are typical home made recipes for reducing acne:
